BluPath is currently completed a master plan study for building affordable, market-rate LEED Certified row homes on 56 sites in a distressed area in the Fairmount neighborhood.

BluPath developed two options based on a simple, repeatable 3-story row home plan. Type A explores housing layouts and site configurations with parking in a common lot. Type B provides private parking for each unit.
