BluPath was commissioned to renovate an abandoned early 1900’s lace factory in an underserved neighborhood to house two non-profit tenants- a national youth organization, with proposed swimming pool, basketball courts, cafeteria, classrooms and offices and a non-profit educational organization that engages underachieving learners and underachieving learners.
